Requesting a Visit by the Lord Lieutenant

If you would like to request a visit by the Lord Lieutenant, please contact her Private Secretary, whose details are in the contact section, and send the following information at the earliest opportunity:-

• Date and times of the proposed visit
• Background information of the organisation and event
• Why the organisation believes that a visit would be beneficial
• Full contact details of the organiser

The Lord Lieutenant attends many events during the course of each year.

If the Lord Lieutenant is unavailable the Lord Lieutenant may ask one of her Deputy Lieutenants to represent her.
